I’ve delivered success in some of the toughest commercial environments, as well as the regulated worlds around government agencies, tourism and higher education.

First and foremost I keep things simple. I avoid jargon and bullshit.

Whether your needs are complex and ongoing, temporary or straight forwrad, there’s a place for a solid strategic conversation.

I have developed a step-by-step approach to creating a solid strategy for any business or organisation. I can apply this to your business, whether it is just for a one-off project or an over-arching multi-year plan. The process is the same, but the complexity can change, of course.

My personal expertise is in communications, media, content and marketing strategy. I’ve had the privilege of heading up some pretty cool projects, including leading the coverage of the 2000 Sydney Olympics for a group of 14 regional news outlets; co-ordinating the destination coverage for the Gold Coast at 2018 Commonwealth Games and negotiating the world’s first top tier sponsorship by a university at those same Games. I have led the rebranding and repositioning of organisatons, locally and globally. I’ve had to manage teams through the Global Financial Crisis, digital transformation and natural disasters as well as in times of record profits, unprecedented market share gains and audience growth. I’ve worked with enterprises turning over hundreds of millions of dollars, and others that deal in the thousands.

Whatever the circumstance, telling your story is central to building your brand. It is something I have done all my life.
